Exchange & Refund Policy

At Elsaey Library, we care about customer satisfaction and the quality of every book delivered.

Exchange or refund requests may be accepted if the received item is damaged, incorrect, or has a clear printing defect. Customers should contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the order, providing the order details and clear photos of the issue.

Books must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, writing, tearing, or damage caused after delivery.

Please note that exchange or refund requests may not be accepted for books that were correctly delivered in good condition, unless otherwise approved by Elsaey Library.
